We find every extinguisher on the premises — including the ones hidden behind stock or painted over — spot the gaps where one should be, and check each is the right type for the risk in that area.
Pressure gauge, safety pin, tamper seal, hose and horn, corrosion, damage, weight check. Anything that would stop it working under pressure gets flagged on the spot.
Every unit gets its full annual I.S. 291 service — pressure, weight, hose, pin, seals and headcap — with worn parts repaired or replaced there and then. Anything due its five-year discharge test and refill gets that too. Most visits need no second call-out.
An extinguisher that can't be brought back to standard is condemned and swapped for a new certified unit — mounted, signed and ready to grab.
Every unit gets a dated service label, and you get the service report insurers and fire officers ask for. We log the due dates and remind you when the next service is coming up.
